Payment
Party Pets accept Visa and MasterCard and we do not charge a surcharge for using a credit card. We accept direct deposit, money orders and cheques however please be advised that no products will be sent out until all payments have cleared. All cheques should be made out to Party Pets and posted, along with a copy of your order, to our postal box details.
Deliveries
Party Pets uses a combination of Australia Post and Fastway Couriers to dispatch orders. Delivery times vary depending on location however all goods are dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days. If delays are anticipated, you will be contacted via email or telephone.
Delivery charges are not included in our product costs however will be displayed during the checkout process.
Refund
We here at Party Pets want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. Please note the following refund policy:
In the unlikely event that you receive your product damaged or faulty, we are happy to exchange or refund it in full.
Please contact us (via phone or email) to arrange the return of the goods. Any damaged or faulty goods must be returned to Party Pets within 7 days of receipt by the customer. They must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received in.
Party Pets in not obliged to refund any product due to the customer simply changing their mind.
Exchange
Party Pets will endeavor to exchange a product if requested by the customer and if stock is available
An "exchange request" may be submitted by the customer within 3 days of receiving the product. Please ensure this exchange request is sent via email, and outlines the reason for the exchange request (ie, sizing, colour etc). This allows us to confirm if we have the exchange item requested available for sending, or to provide alternative options.
Items returned for exchange must be sent in their original condition, meaning that the packaging must remain in tact (including any tags remaining attached) and the product must remain "as new". Any items not returned in "as new" condition will not be accepted for exchange.
Any postal costs incurred for exchanging a product are the customer's responsibility.
